The practice has a computerised appointment system, if you ring as soon as we switch the telephone at 08:00 you will normally be able to get an appointment on the day. We always try to offer a 24hr access.
Please remember each appointment is for one patient only. Appointments are booked at 10 minute intervals. If you require longer please inform the receptionist when booking. If we do not have any appointments available and you consider your problem to be urgent give the receptionist a brief description and she will ask the doctor to ring you or ask you to ring the doctor back after surgery.
We offer extended hours surgeries for our patients who cannot get to us during normal working hours are available on request these appointments are on a Tuesday and Friday morning 7:30 and 7:45am these appointments can be booked online or by telephone.
If you no longer require your appointment please let us know as soon as possible.
We do offer a chaperone service. if the patient would like this service, please could they say when making an appointment.
Telephone & Email Advice
If you do not feel you need an appointment but would like advice, the doctor will be available to speak to you by telephone daily following morning surgery or before afternoon surgery. Alternatively you can email him on firstname.lastname@example.org he will reply at his convenience.
